1. Services

Ultimate Beauty Spa provides premium grooming, wellness, and beauty services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in XAF (Central African CFA Franc). We accept cash, mobile money, and major payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate personal and health information
• Inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns
• Treat our staff and facility with respect

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Ultimate Beauty Spa is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from services or products, provided proper disclosure was made by the client.
