Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Return Window
Return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Easy Exchanges
Wrong shade or size? Bring it back to the spa and swap it for the right one — no questions asked.
Damaged or Defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, hair care products and personal grooming items cannot be returned unless defective.

Do you deliver outside Douala?
Yes! We deliver across Cameroon. Standard delivery to other cities takes 3–7 working days and shipping fees vary by location. Contact us for a quote.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery team will call you before arriving. If you're not available, we can leave the package with a trusted neighbour or reschedule for a time that suits you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Mobile money refunds are instant; bank transfers may take 2–5 additional days.
Can I return a product I bought in-store?
Yes, the same 7-day return policy applies to in-store purchases. Simply bring the product back with your receipt.
Do you accept payment on delivery?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery within Douala. For other cities and express orders, prepayment via Mobile Money or bank transfer is required.
